Housing Properties For Sale
All properties are offered for sale "as-is", are unrepaired, and may have local code violations. The Board of Housing makes no warranties regarding the physical condition of the properties offered for sale. Contact any realtor to view these homes and submit offers. It is the responsibility of sales brokers to insure that prospective purchasers are made aware of the conditions of sale. We advise that the purchaser make a thorough inspection of the property or have a reputable inspection firm do this prior to submitting an offer.
Buyers must obtain their own financing, although the Montana Board of Housing Bond Program and MCC Programs are available, subject to the qualification requirements of each program.
All offers must be submitted on the MBOH Offer and Buy/Sell Agreement with the MBOH addendum attached.
